In 1995, Dr. Oexmann established the office in Hamm/Westfalia, the official residence of the biggest “Oberlandesgericht” (court) of Germany.
We act for our clients in appeal proceedings at every court (out of “Bundesgerichtshof”, which is the highest court in Germany). Besides, we advise our clients out of proceedings.
Our fields of activities includes the private law, especially law cases connected with medical treatment, sports, horses and product liability. We are specialised in this branches of law, in particular in law and medical treatment and health care. Because of this knowledge our office has a very good reputation.
